The CEO/Creative Director behind Wahoo! is George A. Klein. An industry
veteran with over twenty-five years of television promotion and production
experience. His resume includes promotional work for MTV, Tribune, WCBS,
The Travel Channel, Turner Network Television, Classic Sports Network, The
Family Channel, Cartoon Network, Turner Broadcasting System, Up
Entertainment and the ABC Cable Networks Group, but his experience isn’t
limited to promotional campaign. While at Cartoon Network, he wrote and
produced, “ToonHeads.” This weekly series won critical acclaim and quickly
became one of the highest rated programs is the history of Cartoon Network.
Sixty-five episodes of “ToonHeads” were created as well as four one hour
documentary specials on the golden age of cartoons. Warner Bros. Animation
included “The Lost Cartoons” documentary in the very first Looney Tunes DVD
box-set. Over the last two years, Wahoo! Creative has worked with Turner
Sports on the NCAA Championship campaign. Over 375 promotional spots have
been created during this project. In the spring of 2015, Wahoo! Creative
worked on a collaboration between CBS Sports and Turner Sports. The one
hour sports documentary, “March Madness Confidentials,” followed five
college basketball teams on their quest for the NCAA Men’s national
basketball championship.
